Easter for me always gets back many childhood memories where me as a kid use to collect all types of Easter Eggs and once I am tired my dear mom use to feed me with the different kinds of meats she prepared. Today as I look back at the good old days It gets back many memories but this time for my Easter brunch I managed to relive a few of them again. Thanks to Raffles hotel my festive staycation and Easter brunch was pleasurable.
For this auspicious day the Garden restaurant had around 200+ guests and preparing the dishes I know must have been a tough job for the chefs. Looking at the traditional spread starting from some Yorkshire Pudding, Turkey Roast, Ribs and for a more modern crowd they had Arabic, Burger and some Asian counters as well. So there is no way you can leave this place with even a semi empty stomach.
I am so glad apart from these they even had a Pasta and a Pizza section, the pastas did lack a bit of salt but the super loaded cheesy Pizzas compensated for it. Grilled Chicken and the tendersome meats were best with the various dips to add more to the taste.
I would insist before you feel you are done make a move to their lounge to see some more spreads. Kids would love it since the candy station and a little play area will get a lot of joy to them.
Besides these the adorable dessert counter had a Chocolate Fountain which helped me to get my daily dose of Chocolate but apart from that cute little eater sweets also made a way on my plate. Garden hotel lived up to my expectations and made this Easter brunch as memorable as it could be.
