Dubai’s all time favourite restaurants

Dubai’s food scene is constantly evolving with some of the best restaurants but there are few places that remain consistent with their food, service, and ambience. Having lived in Dubai for the last seven years I have a favourite restaurant from each cuisine I adore and without a doubt, you will never have a dull moment here or a mediocre meal.

Zuma – This restaurant hands down is the best place to be seen and dine, they know how to get the flavors right and treat their guests with utmost love. From the last few years, they have build a strong clientele which are pretty much regulars at this contemporary Japanese restaurant.

Carnival By Tresind – There are tons of Indian restaurants in Dubai but one which gets all the notes right is this one in DIFC. Their menu keeps changing depending so you have something new to look forward too on every occasional visit of yours. The chefs do an exceptional job of combining flavours with a traditional touch of India and there is a story behind most of these dishes here.

The Thai kitchen – My love for Thai food has begun at this little gem of a restaurant in Park Hyatt Dubai. Their food is not only appealing but also packed with various flavours that tantalize the tastebuds. I usually go for their Friday brunch where I get to try most of their signature dishes. I do leave a few extra pounds heavier but the food surely makes that every bite worth it.

Coya – If I have to woo my guests away with some exceptional Peruvian food this is the place I go. A few years back there was a flood of Peruvian restaurants starting up but unfortunately, most of them closed down and there is a reason this one stood by it. Coya not only has that vibe and charm but their food is outstanding, each dish has an abundance of flavours that will please even the fussy ones out there.

La Petite Maison – I usually head here not only for their food but also for a casual meeting over coffee and desserts, to be fair any excuse to head here is acceptable as their service is not only top-notch but their food is simple and divine. LPM standards have always risen with every visit and the consistency of the deliciousness in the food is always evident.

Zheng He – This Chinese restaurant has my heart, the gorgeous Burj Al Arab view and a plate full of their delightful dumplings can solve all my worries. They recently had a refurbishment and they are back on track with another exciting menu. Head here in the evening and enjoy the abra ride with the pleasant Dubai climate now, its a perfect place for a date night with a view.

Il Borro Tuscan Bistro – Craving some Pizza and Pasta? Well, you can never get enough of it at this restaurant, their food is splendid and the place is usually buzzing with the elites of Dubai. The menu has some of the best classic dishes which are made using the finest of ingredients. This Italian restaurant takes you on Tuscan food fiesta.

These are my few favourite restaurants in Dubai and I can vouch for these, you can never have a bad meal here.
