Magnificent afternoon experience at Penrose Lounge, Four Seasons DIFC

Penrose Lounge in Four Seasons Difc has a very eccentric charm to it, with floor to ceiling windows and the Burj Khalifa view you can assure yourself that this place would be a perfect place if you are looking for something grand yet refined.

If you are lucky enough to bag a table in the middle of the room, you can get the view and the comfort of the soft velvet sofas. Even though the menu looked pretty intriguing, we were here for the high tea experience. Being introduced to a myriad of Jing loose teas which at the same time were paired with some intense flavoured Balqees Honey, was the best way to begin any tea experience.

Dining on some warm scones with a selection of jams made the afternoon a bit more chirpy. Our High Tea stand was a mini tower replicating the ledges of the iconic Burj Khalifa, and each ledge had a few delicacies from sandwiches, macaroons, tarts, and crackers. Some of the highlights were a lobster roll, steak tartare and the flavourful Salmon bread.

If you delight in all things modern, and luxurious, this afternoon tea experience at Penrose Lounge would be allured by you.

High Tea Package starts from 170dhs per person, for more details head onto Four Seasons.
