If you love sour dishes which aren’t too oily or greasy go ahead and try this Chicken. It is filled with tantalizing herbed flavours which are delicate to the palate yet moreishly luscious. During the month of Ramadan my house is filled with the fragrance of this chicken as I cook it in my De Longhi Multifry.
I learned this recipe from my mother who believed in simple cooking which is yet pleasant and tasteful. She happened to cook it in the most traditional way with a lot of oil but now with the help of my Multifryer I am able to cook it in the exact same way but it is more healthier.
Ingredients
Chicken Breast
Paprika
Yoghurt
Salt and Pepper
Lemon juice
Turmeric powder
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Coriander
Method
1. Marinate the Chicken with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Ginger Paste, Turmeric powder, Paprika, Lemon Juice and Yoghurt.
2. Drizzle a little Olive Oil in your De Longhi Multifryer and add the marinated chicken. Set the machine to power 3 and cook it for 15mins.
3. Once it has a good golden color plate up the dish and garnish with coriander.
4. Serve it with green curry dip for added flavour.
