Celebrating The Rich Awadhi Cuisine at Amal, Armani

Awadhi cuisine is greatly influenced by the Mughals who ruled India for an over 300 years, and their style of cooking is still very prominent in many parts of India. Each dish is rich, intense and has a distinct texture which makes Awadhi cuisine even more popular. Today, many restaurants try to replicate and adapt the dynamic style of cooking a few of these lush dishes. This month Amal an award winning Indian restaurant at Armani is celebrating an elaborative four course Awadhi menu where you can try some of the finest dishes, India has to offer.

Overlooking the wondrous Dubai fountain, sit back and relax as you will be served some Amuse Bouche made of Kale with a generous filling of Cheese, these Kebab make a great start. Our first two courses were appetisers like Galouti Kebab, Murg Tawa Boti and from the Tandoor Murg Chandi Tikka and Hariyali Macchi. Every dish had its intricate flavour and a subtle texture of herbs and spices which make the dish exceptional.

Main course compromised of an aromatic Gosht Biryani, a rich Dal Bukhara, flavourful Murg Korma, and a pleasant Nalli Nihari all accompanied with fresh some ‘Garlic Naan‘. The pleasing dishes here are hard to resist and will satisfy your cravings when it comes down to appealing Indian food.

Test the creative of the Chefs with the Pumpkin Kheer which is light, fluffy and feels so good to eat. With the roasted nuts and seeds, this dessert also has the crunch factor apart from the sinfulness.

Awadhi Menu at Amal will run from 1st April until the 31st April, for more information visit, Armani.
