The beautiful winter is upon us and what better way to enjoy it than with a lovely recipe to go along with this cold festive month. Since it’s been a while I posted an interesting recipe post, I have mustered up the motivation to get back at it again. Feeling super inspired; here is my winterish touch for your taste buds.
Grilled Chicken Pepper is a guilt-free delight as the ingredients used, and the way the chicken is prepared is inclined to the leaner side. Cooked with Doux Chicken, love and everything nice. The reason I chose Doux chicken is that their products have minimum fat content at the same time. Their chicken has an excellent taste, thanks to the consistent quality that the brand keeps. Is there anything better than a healthy recipe along with heavenly chicken? Definitely not!
Grilled Chicken Pepper
Ingredients:-
- Doux Chicken
- Salt and Pepper
- Low-fat yogurt
- Garlic and Ginger Paste
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil
Method:-
- Marinate the chicken with Ginger, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper.
- Preheat the oven for 15min.
- Before adding the chicken mix it well with yogurt and grill it for 45min.
- As it gets a slightly golden brown color, remove from the oven and garnish with Coriander.
- Serve with a Pesto Dip.
